BIILT LeakShield Certification

Formulated by our team of water-cooling experts, LeakShield certification is a framework that contains a series of inspections, finishing, and tests designed to prevent coolant leakage and moisture damage to components. We test all our water-cooled builds for up to 48 hours using synthetic benchmarks so that no leakages happen even when the liquid temperature climbs.

You’ll enjoy FREE 2-year enrolment into our BIILT Up program that entitles you to upgrade your PC with us at a discounted rate.

BIILT Up Programme

All computers purchased from us are automatically initiated into the BIILT Up program. The BIILT Up program allows BIILT computers to be upgraded with no additional labour fees for up to two years. BIILT Up also rewards our consumers with exclusive rates for component upgrades. Please contact support@biiltpc.com to check on your eligibility.

Our customers usually receive their PCs within 3 working days. Expedited orders are subjected to an additional $20 service fee.


There is no minimum purchase required to pay by installments. However, our 0% interest installment plans are capped at SGD 2500 at the moment.


For BIILT products, upgrades will not include labor charges and components will be sold at an exclusive rate. For computers not purchased from BIILT, please send your inquiry to inquiries@biiltpc.com.


If you need to make changes to your order, please contact support@biiltpc.com with your order number. We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been processed.


You can control your RGB light settings via the software installed on your PC. Detailed instructions can be found in the Owner’s Manual.


All BIILT products come with a one-year limited on-site warranty, two years of parts warranty, and lifetime complimentary technical support. To extend your coverage, please purchase BIILT Tough+.


BIILT Tough+ extends your on-site coverage to three years from your BIILT Tough+ purchase date.
